1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the exact condition you received it
- Packed in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
- Accompanied by the original receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase
Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- 🚫 Perishable goods, food items, or dietary supplements
- 🚫 Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Digital products, software, or downloadable content
- 🚫 Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items
- 🚫 Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@rizallc.com or call +1 (505) 528-0004 with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Pack Securely: Place the item(s) in a sturdy box with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.

- Provide Tracking: Share the tracking number with us via email. Returns without tracking may be delayed or lost.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for opened electronics or large home/garden items, as stated at the time of purchase.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
We offer direct exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. For size/color changes or personal preference, we recommend:
- Returning the original item for a refund
- Placing a new order for the desired variant
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the original item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rizallc.com
- Provide clear photos/video of the issue and packaging
- We will arrange a free return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.
- Our Responsibility: RIZA LLC DBA RizMart covers all return shipping costs for errors on our end.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested before they are processed for shipment.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return upon receipt.
9. Marketplace & Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased RizMart products through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, or other authorized marketplaces, please refer to the respective platform’s return policy. We honor marketplace guarantees and will assist with any fulfillment issues.
