1. Eligibility for Returns

Item must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are fully eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Return Request Process

Approval or denial
Return Authorization (RMA) number
Return shipping instructions
Prepaid return label (when applicable)
All returns must include the RMA number to be processed.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to seller error (wrong item sent, damaged item, defective product), Riza LLC will provide a free prepaid shipping label.
For all other reasons (change of mind, no longer needed, ordered by mistake), buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required under marketplace policies.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed when:
The returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
Condition must match the return reason provided.
Refund method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

5. Replacements & Exchanges

7. Order Cancellations
