Refund and Return Policy

At Riza LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully source, inspect, and package all products to ensure quality and reliability. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with leading e-commerce marketplace standards including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are fully eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Certain items including hygiene products, cosmetics, perishable goods, and personalized items may not be eligible for return due to safety/health regulations.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at info@rizallc.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with:

    • Approval or denial

    • Return Authorization (RMA) number

    • Return shipping instructions

    • Prepaid return label (when applicable)

All returns must include the RMA number to be processed.


3. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to seller error (wrong item sent, damaged item, defective product), Riza LLC will provide a free prepaid shipping label.

  • For all other reasons (change of mind, no longer needed, ordered by mistake), buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required under marketplace policies.


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed when:

  • The returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Condition must match the return reason provided.

Refund method:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items returned in damaged, used, or incomplete condition in accordance with Amazon/eBay/Walmart guidelines.


5. Replacements & Exchanges

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers may choose:

  • A replacement of the same item,

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit.

Replacements are shipped within 1–2 business days after the return is approved.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Cosmetics or skincare items

  • Food, perishables, supplements

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Made-to-order or personalized items

  • Digital downloads or software

  • Gift cards

These restrictions align with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart return policies.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

  • Delivered damaged

Please report the issue within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and provide a replacement or refund according to marketplace guidelines.
